Introducing Schull
Schull (pronounced skul) is a small fishing village where a few vessels still keep the trade alive. The harbour has the satisfying clutter of a working port, and water sports play their part in making Schull a busy tourist attraction. It’s particularly crowded during Calves Week, a sailing regatta usually held after the August bank holiday. Out of season the village is even more attractive in some ways, with a strong local community.
