A smashing South Indian restaurant with a temple-like feel, lined in dark wood with gold trimmings. The food’s good too; king of them all is the tangam paper masala dosai (pancake stuffed with spiced potatoes). Finish with divine filter coffee.

I was to have decent vegetarian meal with less oil, less spicy especially without garlic. In Naivedyam they welcome you with a glass of rasam and papad. I ordered one Thali (Vegetarian full meals) as I can enjoy the special ‘Rasam’ peculiar from Naivedyam. It also comprises hot puris, rice, sambar, rasam, raita, two varieties of vegetables, the icing on the cake - the sweet, a cup of fresh curd and delicious Kesari Bhath as desserts. My friend ordered ‘Paneer Uttapam’, our next favorite item from this home and Naivedyam offers eight kinds of Uttapams. The Kannada ‘Sambar’ favorite among the south Indian sambars made me hungrier; the slight sweet taste made me that. Rava Masala Dosa is stuffed with cashew nuts and raisins for those who don't mind the calorie intake.
