Croatian Inventors Murals

Zagreb

Electricity pioneer Nikola Tesla and Slavoljub Penkala, inventor of the mechanical pencil, are celebrated in these two murals cheering up the dowdy staircase terrace that provides a shortcut from Strossmayerovo up to Katarinin trg. They are the work of artists Boris Bare and Dominik Vuković.
