Xian Yue Hien information
The Dǐng Xiāng Garden, originally built for the concubine of a Qing-dynasty mandarin, is reserved for retired Communist Party cadres, so to peek behind the undulating dragon wall, you need to dine here. At the pointy end, seafood dishes can get very expensive, but the real draw is the dim sum, served overlooking the lawn on mornings and afternoons.
Afternoon tea is served from 2.30pm to 5pm. Reserve ahead.
