I’m a passionate traveler, hiking enthusiast, and aspiring minimalist who strives to only bring a carry-on no matter how long the trip. I’ve experienced 70 countries and I’m always on the lookout for the best vegan pizza. I was born in California but I’ve lived abroad for the past 12 years, mainly in Mexico and South Korea.
Some of my favorite destinations are the Maldives, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. I’m an anglophile who loves Tudor history, my dog Dickens and my English husband.
