Irish Ferries has two sailings a day on the four-hour route between Pembroke Dock and Rosslare in the southeast of Ireland.
There are five direct 349 buses to/from Tenby (£4.30, 45 minutes, hourly), Manorbier (£3.60, 28 minutes, hourly), Pembroke Dock (£2.30, 15 minutes, hourly) and Haverfordwest (£4.90, 40 minutes, hourly). The seasonal Coastal Cruiser loops in both directions between Pembroke, Angle, Freshwater West, Bosherston and Stackpole, terminating at Pembroke Dock.
National Express coaches head to/from London (from £26, seven hours, daily), Birmingham (£42, 6¼ hours, daily), Cardiff (£19, 3¾ hours, daily), Swansea (£16, two hours, six direct daily) and Tenby (£2, 20 minutes, nine per day).
Trains stop in both Pembroke and Pembroke Dock. There are direct services to/from Cardiff (from £10, 3¼ hours, daily), Swansea (£15, two hours, seven daily), Narberth (£8.40, 48 minutes, eight daily) and Tenby (£5.50, 20 minutes, nine daily).
