Gorge Walking is a splishy splashy adrenaline filled half day of traversing, climbing, jumping and swimming in the rivers of the 'waterfalls area' of the Brecon beacons National Park.  You are provided with all the kit and are supplied with a suitably qualified and experienced instructor, ensuring your safety and a great time!
This adventure gorge walking session takes place near both Cardiff and Swansea in the Brecon Beacons National Park. This well-developed gorge walking outdoor activity sees you in wetsuits traversing at river level and making full use of the limestone cliffs and gorge environment. At the start of the adventure, you will meet at the car park at Dinas Rock and kit up - wetsuit, bouyancy, canoe helmet and walking boots and then you are off. You start the session with a small jump - full immersion, then traverse the cliffs, swimming across small pools, exploring these and fully experiencing the river.About halfway through the session you have some jumps which are training for the finale which is a jump of about 20ft into a very deep pool. Dias Rock is located approx. 40-minute drive away from both Cardiff and Swansea.The duration of a standard session is three hours. Please note that the start and finish times are usually 9am - 12 noon and 1pm - 4pm and you can usually choose the morning or afternoon session.
