Flights & getting there
From Victoria Falls you can walk, take a taxi, or a complimentary bus service from your hotel to the Zimbabwean immigration post, and then continue 1.3km on foot over the Victoria Falls Bridge. Enjoy the thrilling atmosphere of the bungee jumpers, and their audiences, halfway across the bridge. Just past the bridge is the Zambian border crossing, and 100m beyond it, the entrance to Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park.
To get to Livingstone, about 11km away, take a blue taxi (US$6 to US$10). Mugging is common along this route and it’s too far to walk.
Most travel agencies and hotels in Victoria Falls and Livingstone charge about US$25 for transfers between the two towns.
