As an idea, we could start from Barcelona city center, where I live, and we'll run among the streets discovering my favourite corners of the town. We can visit the Gothic quarter, we can run to the beach, and we can return running close to Gaudí buildings like Sagrada Familia, La Pedrera or Casa Batlló. I expect a route of around 10km, and we'll spend around 2 hours.
I would recommend to start early at the morning because of the temperature or at the afternoon, but I'm quite flexible. I'll prepare some explanations in each of my favourite corners and the most known places of BCN.
We coud finish at home drinking a fresh drink on my roof house where you'll enjoy a good view of the city and listen to cathedral bells.
