Doable as a 14-mile day hike to the world's second-largest arch (Kolob Arch; 287ft) or as a two- or three-day trip past the arch and up La Verkin and Willis Creeks, this is Kolob Canyons' most off-the-beaten-path adventure and a wonderful place to camp. Beartrap Canyon, two miles past the Kolob Arch turnoff, is a good destination for overnight hikers.

The trailhead is just south of the Lee Pass parking area on Kolob Canyons Rd.
