Meals are often an afterthought on a trip to southern Utah’s national parks, but gateway towns do provide a decent variety of options, from basic cafeteria eats to upscale Southwestern cuisine. Zion and Bryce Canyon’s park lodges offer filling, but just-OK food; their top-end prices and historical atmosphere make them better for a special occasion than everyday dining. The other parks do not offer food (and water is occasionally limited) so bring it with you.
