Bon Appetit magazine crowned Timber one of the best new restaurants in America in 2017, while the James Beard Foundation nominated the chef as a rising star. So yeah, the wood-fired pizzas are pretty damn good, especially alongside a pitcher of local beer. It's a wee space, with no reservations, so be prepared to wait.

Tables are communal-style, or there are seats at the bar.
