Tour description provided by Viator

Join Stephen Mead for his two-hour guided tour of the National Gallery of Art sculpture collection.  This tour features works both inside and outside in the garden, including famous pieces by artists like Degas and Rodin. You will see classical sculptures from the Renaissance along with Modern Art Sculptures.  And now you can explore the gallery's West Building and beyond with a certified museum guide in a group limited to 30 people on this intimate and informative excursion from Adventures for Creative Tourists.
Meet Stephen at the Ground Level 6th Street Entrance. Please arrange to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to tour start to check in with the tour guide.  Stephen will have your name on his will call list. Stephen will first show you the Sculpture collection in the Museum's exhibit hall.  Afterwards, he will walk the group to the Museum's sculpture garden and show several sculpture highlights in the garden.  If the weather is bad the tour will be conducted inside the museum only.  You can expect the group size to be around 20 to 30 people.  This is a private tour that is not affiliated with the National Gallery of Art.
