Complimentary wi-fi is available throughout Walt Disney World® parks, entertainment districts, theme parks, water parks and resort hotels. Select Walt Disney World® Resort network, and call 407-827-2732 if you have technical problems.
Park maps with listings of the day's scheduled events and activities (including character meets) are available at the park entrances, Guest Services and all retail locations throughout the parks.
You will find ATMs throughout Walt Disney World®. Guest Services at each park offer limited currency exchange.
Theme-park hours change not only by season, but day to day within any given month. Generally, parks open at 8am or 9am and close sometime between 6pm and 10pm. Every day one of the four theme parks opens one hour early or closes late for guests of Walt Disney World® hotels only – these 'Magic Hours' are a major perk of staying at a Disney resort hotel.
For on-site questions and reservations, head to Guest Services, just inside each theme park, or the concierge at any Disney resort hotel.

Travel with Children
Disney’s Children Activity Center Five Disney resorts offer excellent drop-off children's activity centers for children aged three to 14, with organized activities, toys, art supplies, meals and a Disney movie in the evening. This is particularly handy if you'd like to enjoy a quiet meal at a Disney resort, as you do not have to be a hotel guest to use the centers. Activity Centers include Simba's Cubhouse at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge; Lilo's Playhouse at Disney's Polynesian Resort; Sandcastle Club at Disney's Beach Club Resort; and Camp Dolphin at Walt Disney World® Dolphin Hotel. Reservations, recommended at all locations and required at Camp Dolphin, can be made up to 180 days in advance.
Kid’s Nite Out Walt Disney World® uses Kid's Nite Out for private in-room child care for children aged six months to 12 years. You can also hire a helper if you need an extra pair of hands when you're out and about, but note that you'll have to pay for the caregiver's theme-park ticket. Credit cards only; reservations accepted up to three months in advance.
Strollers (single/double per day $15/31, multiday $13/27) are available on a first-come, first-served basis at Disney's four theme parks and Disney Springs, and you can also purchase umbrella strollers.
Travellers with Disabilities
The Guidebook for Guests with Disabilities, available at Guest Services at each park and on Disney's website, has maps and ride-by-ride guides with information on closed captioning and accommodating wheelchairs and seeing-eye dogs. On many rides, folks in wheelchairs will be waved to the front of the line. You can borrow braille guides and audiotape guides from Guest Services and rent wheelchairs ($12) and electronic convenience vehicles (ECVs; $50) at each of Disney's theme parks and at Disney Springs. All chairs are first-come, first-served; reservations are not possible.
Public transportation is wheelchair accessible and select resort hotels offer features and services for guests with disabilities. Call 407-824-4321 or 407-827-5141 (TTY) for further information.
