No longer: the Tenth ratchets up Vail's ski-in, ski-out dining up a notch, with a smorgasbord of gourmet alpine cuisine. Think porcini and Colorado bass, elk chili with goat cheese and Spatzle with pork bratwurst. Or you could just have a brick-oven pizza.
