Santa Fe in

Two Days

After breakfast at Cafe Pasqual's, art up at the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum. Stroll around the Plaza, checking out the Native American jewelry being sold on the sidewalk, then have a classic New Mexican lunch at Tia Sophia's before exploring the historic Palace of the Governors. Afterwards, do some shopping in the Old Town, or stroll along Canyon Road or through the Railyard district to check out the galleries. For dinner, try foodie favorites Jambo or Dr Field Goods.

The next morning, grab a croissant from Clafoutis and head to one of three other standout museums: the Museum of International Folk Art, the Museum of Indian Arts or Meow Wolf. Order a sandwich to go from the Museum Hill cafe, and then take a scenic drive up Ski Basin Rd, where there are loads of hiking and biking trails. Finish up with culinary standout El Nido in Tesuque.

Three Days

After two days in town, head on up to Bandelier National Monument to hike through the canyon and climb ladders to reach ancient cliffside structures. Then it's back to Santa Fe for a dinner of barbecue brisket quesadillas and a mescal margarita or two at the Cowgirl BBQ.
