For our bicycles, we'll be using the BERG Extra Sport BFR Pedal Karts. These machines are surprisingly light, nimble, and conserve their momentum well, and are perfect for a long downhill cruise. The four miles of San Francisco's Golden Gate Park is the perfect downhill course to play around with these things; full of history, beautiful natural features, and paved and unpaved trails to explore! Although bicycling experience is strongly recommended, the stability of four wheels can accommodate those that don't know how to ride a bike, and allows even experienced riders to enjoy the scenery of the park without worrying about taking a nasty spill.
