Salem Witch Museum

Massachusetts

Housed in a creepy Romanesque church, this so-called museum starts with a presentation of life-size dioramas, with a voice-over recounting the narrative of the Salem witch trials, and a bit about other 'witch hunts' in history. The second room is a timeline of witches in history (midwives, medical practitioners) and pop culture, as well as contemporary Wiccan practices.
