Hells Canyon Jet Boat Tour

This is a 54 mile round trip adventure and boarding the boat begins at 10 am. You will return between 3 and 4. Your captain will serve you lunch on the river at noon, lunch is served family style and accommodates most dietary preferences. Historical sight seeing stops are included! The location we stop and how long we stay there varies from day to day. Animal sighting are also an added bonus.This is not a rushed adventure. We want you to enjoy all that is offered throughout the tour so we don't put strict times on each activity included, that is why the tour is based on mileage covered and not times.You will drive along the Hells Canyon Scenic Byway to get to the south entrance of Hells Canyon. There are three ways you can access the south entrance, (1) Cambridge, Idaho (2) Baker City, Oregon (3) Joseph, Oregon. This is a remote location. Have a full tank of gas, snacks and drinks in your car. Be prepared to enjoy your drive. The drive into Hells Canyon is where your adventure begins. The jet boat tour is just an incredible addition to the adventure.

Boise Scavenger Hunt Adventure

The adventure begins at the Capitol building and take you through some of the best sights in the downtown area.  Explore the history, see great outdoor art, experience the Basque block and other great sights as you find areas and things you never knew existed.  Your Quest will challenge your team's brains as you find clues and solve puzzles based on the great city monuments, art and other interesting elements that you will find on your way.  The tour requires less than 2 miles of walking. The game software tracks team points and posts the final score to a city leaderboard for those with a competitive edge. Using a smart phone as “the guide” allows participants to start when they want and determine their own pace of play, leaving time to stop for a bite to eat or simply to enjoy the best of this great harbor city. Great for families, friends and those ready to have fun on a scavenger hunt adventure! Please note that pricing is per individual but your team must book together. White Water Rafting, Hells Canyon, Snake River

Day 1 - Launch from the south entrance of Hells Canyon, Hells Canyon Dam. You need to arrive 30 minutes prior to departure. Float 18 miles down river to Sheep Creek Historic Ranch. Lunch and sightseeing stops included as you float. Your overnight stay will be at Sheep Creek Historic Ranch, dinner and breakfast will be served during your stay.Sheep Creek Historical Ranch includes, bank fishing, yard games, sitting under a big shade tree on the only green grass in Hells Canyon reading a book or taking a nap, hiking, swimming, eating, the list goes on and on… Day 2 - Launch from Sheep Creek and float to Kirkwood Historical Ranch, lunch included. A jet boat will pick you up on the afternoon of Day 2 and take you back to Hells Canyon Dam. You will see all that you rafted down and experience it again going up river on a jet boat. All gear provided except a sleeping bag and pillow. Those items can be provided for an additional cost.

Grand Canyon of the Salmon River Rafting Vacation

Arrive at the Boise Idaho airport the day BEFORE your trip launch and meet at the GEM AIR desk at 1:45 PM MST.  We will have a charter flight to fly you from Boise to Salmon which takes about 1.5 hours and is a beautiful flight over the sawtooth mountains.  When you land in Salmon a bus will be waiting to take the group to the trip launch point at Corn Creek.  This is about a 2 hour bus ride paralleling the Salmon River the entire way.  When you arrive at Corn Creek the guides will be waiting for you and a jetboat will be waiting to pick up the group and ferry everyone across the river and to the lodge for the evening.  A delicious dinner will be served at the lodge and there will be plenty of time for the groups first horseshoe tournament, card games, or swimming down at the beach.  After dinner is the trip orientation where you will receive dry bags, ask any questions you may have, and learn about how you will be spending the next five or six days.  Below is a rough description of the trip as where groups will camp exactly varies on available sites, water levels, weather, group size etc.Day 1: Launch from corn creek and look forward to a GREAT DAY of warm up rapids. Sometime in the afternoon float into a riverside camp on a big beach with opportunities for swimming, relaxing, and possibly hiking.  Guides will show the group how to set up their tents and begin making appetizers and preparing dinner.  Grab a beverage, kick back and enjoy just being away from your phone, your work, your tv. Day 2: Another great day on the river with a few substantial rapids before a riverside camp.Day 3: Whitewater Day:  Today may include a hike or two, but it’s primarily about running rapids.  Today will have some of the greats of the river including Bailey, Five Mile, Split Rock (A favorite rapid of numerous guides when asked for favorite rapid from any river) and the exciting Big Mallard.  Day 4: Today starts off with a bang.  Another of the great rapids of the Salmon River is just around the corner.  Elk Horn rapid is the longest rapid on the river at almost a mile in length. The afternoon brings the group into a favorite trip stopping point, Buckskin Bills. It’s also a great place to grab an ice cream, sit in the shade and watch the river float slowly past.  Day 5:  Into the heart of the Grand Canyon of the Salmon River.  The second deepest canyon in the United States, deeper then the Grand Canyon of the Colorado.  Tonight will be a delicious dinner to celebrate a wonderful trip down the beautiful Salmon River.  Stay up late and take in the stars, because you won’t see them anywhere else like you will see them on the Salmon River.Day 6:  End the trip with a bang.  Great rapids in the morning lead to the takeout and a 5 hour drive to Boise.
