This softly lumberjack-themed upscale restaurant, started by Stumptown Coffee's Duane Sorenson, is decked out in rough-hewn wood and industrial furniture, with an oyster bar right by the door. Food is beautifully presented, from the seafood and country ham to the whole roasted trout. Great cocktails and brunch, too, with choices like salmon croquettes and smoked-barley porridge with poached egg.
