Like being back at school (but with better grub), this cultish nosh spot sits inside school-turned-museum MoMA PS1 (no need to pay museum admission). Desk-like tables face the open kitchen, where Quebecois head chef Hugue Dufour creates changing weekly menus that hopscotch around the globe: yakisoba omelet with plum sauce and bonito flakes, for instance.
