Texan native Liz Solomon found NYC missing one thing: authentic, Austin-style breakfast tacos. So in 2016 she decided to make her own. Her outdoor stand at Grand Army Plaza offers potato, egg and cheese tacos daily, made that morning and ready to go. Options include the BPEC (with bacon), the 'queen bean' (refried beans) and the 'or'izo' (Mexican chorizo).
There's also cold-brew coffee and a limited number of modified tacos (gluten free, no cheese or no egg).
