Native Texan Liz Solomon found NYC missing one thing: authentic, Austin-style breakfast tacos. So in 2016 she decided to make her own. Her outdoor stand at Grand Army Plaza offers potato, egg and cheese tacos daily, made that morning and ready to go. Options include the BPEC (with bacon), the 'queen bean' (refried beans) and the 'or'izo' (Mexican chorizo).
There are also a limited number of modified tacos available (gluten-free, no cheese or no egg).
