Live Performance in Brooklyn: Williamsburg, Greenpoint & Bushwick

Covered in wildly hued murals, this arts space dedicated to cutting-edge multidisciplinary programming opened to much fanfare in 2015. You can see daring works like contemporary opera with multimedia projections, electro-acoustic big-band jazz and concerts by experimental composers, along with more globally infused performances – Inuit throat singing, African tribal funk, and the singing of Icelandic sagas, among other things.

A cross-cultural musical workshop just for kids called Timbalooloo is held Saturday mornings at 11am.
