Rock-n-Sake can be off-putting, especially on weekend nights: it’s perhaps a little too hip. The sushi chefs can look sullen and the music can be too rockin’. In other words, it’s a scene. But this shouldn’t detract from the fact that Rock-n-Sake serves some pretty darn fine sushi. Just arrive early if you want a peaceful dinner.
Also, those sullen sushi chefs? They open up pretty quickly if you ask about the rolls.
