Opened in 2018, this boardwalk represents a revolutionary improvement in accessibility to the Smugglers Notch area, allowing visitors in strollers or wheelchairs to follow a section of the Long Trail out through a montane wetland to a viewpoint with lovely perspectives on the notch. Pull-offs along the way feature informational displays about the wetlands' ecology, flora, fauna and natural history.
