Ingalls Rink

Sports in New Haven

Designed by Yale grad and notable architect Eero Saarinen, the humpback roof and 300ft backbone gave this building its ubiquitous nickname, and the hockey played inside matches the design's quality: the Bulldogs have been playing since borrowing the game from the Canadians in 1896.

Nonhockey heads can participate in the open skates during the day, but you gotta have your own pair.
