Some call this minimalist spot from the team behind Sugarfish 'fast-food pasta', but if only other pasta places were this good. Noodles shipped directly from Bologna, Italy, are the mainstay (the magic is in the eggs). Queues may be long (no reservations accepted), but enjoy a glass of wine while waiting.

No starters, salads, desserts or coffees, just acclaimed classic preparations: lasagna verde, tonnarelli all'amatriciana, ravioli and more.
