Dim sum classics here are served off a menu instead of carts, not that it matters much. When we see pork shu mai dumplings, golden-fried sesame balls, shredded pork wrapped in sticky rice and a lotus leaf, or shrimp folded into thick flat noodles and soaked in sweet soy, all we do is eat.

It's just off Valley Blvd, the SGV's main drag.
