Sushi and sashimi hit dizzying highs at this omakase heavyweight, where bite-sized bliss comes from the likes of tender octopus braised in sake and brown sugar, or blow-torched toro made with rice fermented for a month. Dinner consists of 20 courses (lunch about half that), all created by Japanese sushi savant Hiro Naruke, who lost his business in the post-tsunami aftermath. Reserve ahead.
