The folks behind the popular Sugarfish mini-chain bring you this sushi hand-roll specialty shop in Westwood Village. Behind the minimalist, square, wooden counter surrounded by a couple dozen stools, busy chefs roll selections from a minimalist menu, served on minimalist brown paper instead of plates. Equally minimalist (but high-quality) prices mean there's often a line for seats.
Almost everyone seems to order the famous blue crab roll (included in all set meals). Drinks-wise, in addition to the usual green tea, Japanese beer and one-cup sake, Kazunori also serves Mexican Coke and Sprite.
Special shout-out to the no-tipping policy; bills include a 16% service charge, eliminating the need for math.
