Set poolside at the Fairmont, and conceived with a coastal organic ethos, Fig sources many ingredients from the twice-weekly farmers market down the street. We love the 'bread balloon' with choice of spreads (hummus, eggplant salad etc) and the veggie-forward menu that's inflected with Middle Eastern tastes (lamb sausage pizza, wood-grilled fish with tahini).
