Gallagher's Steakhouse

Steak in The Strip

This reproduction of a classy NYC steakhouse (the original Gallagher's dates from 1927) drums up a serious dinner menu with lobster bisque, wedge salads, dry-aged bone-in sirloin (the house specialty, which you'll see hanging in glass-fronted meat lockers out front) and side dishes like housemade potato chips. The circular bar is an atmospheric spot for a martini with your bros.
