Napa Valley wunderkind Thomas Keller's rendition of a Lyonnaise bistro features a seasonal menu of French classics. The poolside setting complements the oyster bar (open 3pm to 10:30pm daily) and an extensive raw seafood selection. The Venetian's trio of Bouchon Bakery locations (open 6am or 8pm until 9pm daily) are sweet spots for macaroons, petit fours, hot chocolate and espresso to go.
