Eco Adventure trail ride into the West Maui foothills with only 6 horse riders and your trail guide. We ride into Launiopoko Valley, all private property as we head upward into the valley and the 2nd wettest place on Earth, Pu'u Kukui Crater considering Lahaina Stables only receives 20+ inches of annual rain, the views are astounding and worth photo bombing. You will unsaddle atop the Water reservoir where you can enjoy a water and snack break. Highly recommended for Honeymooners, Families or a group, this is very personal with only 6 riders and your guide.
This is only a 2.5 hour trail ride with our trail guide narrating this Eco Adventure and your surroundings, we try to time this ride so as we descent back down the valley towards Lahaina Stables you can enjoy the incredible Maui Sunset and the Panoramic views that Mark Twain would travel only to Maui so he could view the Sunsets from Lahaina and atop Haleakala Crater, plus you will view whales breaching during Whale Watching Season, Lahaina Town, the Ocean views and the islands of Kooholawe, Lanai and Molokai. We will be serving Sparkling bubbles, non-alcoholic bubbles and Chocolates and we invite you to BYOB your favorite beverage which we will keep on ice until after your ride, so you can enjoy the Sunset and views from our viewing deck. Half way into the ride Snacks and waters are available when we stop atop at the water reservoir before we head back down from Launiopoko Valley. Lahaina Stables is conveniently located 10 minutes from Lahaina town and 15-20 minutes from Kaanapali and Kapalua, plus if it rains anywhere on Maui, Launiopoko /West Maui Mountains are certain to be bone dry, so while you are on Maui and getting rained on, just dry to Lahaina Stables for incredible sunset views. E komo mai ~ Welcome :).
