Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian who is also staying in the unit. Please note if the reservation is canceled, the total amount plus all fees (including the service charge and taxes) are non-refundable. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. During the winter months, depending on the weather and high tides, guests may notice that we sometimes have less beach. Due to an unsafe sea wall condition we have no beach access on the property and we strongly recommend you use an alternative beach access within walking distance. Guests can expect to receive check in instructions seven days prior to arrival. Please contact property management with further questions. Daily housekeeping is not available.
