Grant Village

Hotel in Yellowstone National Park

The 300 condo-like boxes with standard hotel interiors at Grant Village were once dismissed by author Alston Chase as ‘an inner-city project in the heart of primitive America, a wilderness ghetto.’ They do happen to be the closest lodging to Grand Teton for those getting an early start, and the rooms were completely updated in 2016.

The dark corridors are a bit grim and some rooms are smallish and don't have much natural light, making them feel quite overpriced.
