Since 1938, when it began serving all-you-can-eat breakfast fare for 50¢, this local institution 2 miles west of Franconia has been cranking out pancakes, pancakes and more pancakes. They're excellent, made with home-ground flour and accompanied by the farm's own maple syrup, eggs, sausages and cob-smoked bacon. Sandwiches (made with homemade bread) and quiches are also available.
