Named for the town’s most famous thespian, ‘The Kate’ sprang to life in 2005 from the former Old Saybrook Town Hall and includes a museum in tribute to the much-loved actress. Of more au courant interest, the theater hosts well-known blues and folk performers, as well as dance, comedy and film. Located on the historic Town Green.
