Bakery in Lincoln Park & Old Town

Floriole's chef started out selling lemon tarts, twice-baked croissants and rum-tinged caneles (a pastry with a custard center and caramelized crust) at the Green City Market. She now sells French-influenced baked goods and sandwiches, salads and quiches (using Midwest-sourced meats, cheeses and produce) in an airy, loft-like space punctuated by a big wooden farm table. There's a kids menu, too.
