Tour description

Chicago's motto is Urbs in Horto: City in a Garden. On this tour, you'll see why. Stretching for 1,208 acres, Lincoln Park is the largest park in Chicago. You will explore a small portion of the park, but you'll see how Chicago has seamlessly melded natural beauty into the urban jungle.

On this tour, you'll visit old graves, explore America's oldest zoo, see a home that ties beer and chewing gum together, and enter a sacred space dedicated to America's first saint. All this, while enjoying some of the most stunning flora and fauna ever found in an urban environment. Come explore the intersection of nature and history on this cultural walking tour. This tour is great for all ages and is sure to inform and entertain. You will walk approximately two miles during the course of two hours so please ensure you're wearing comfortable walking shoes.
