Hiking and mountain-biking trails crisscross this wooded and hilly 2800-acre park about 15 miles northeast of downtown Chattanooga. There are numerous easy cycling trails, making the park a good spot for beginner cyclists and families. The property served as a munitions-production facility during WWII and small concrete bunkers eerily dot the park. Bunker 28 is open for exploring.
