Fresh, good and kind of goofy. The chefs shout with delight as customers fill the space, which they do early and often. Kimono-clad waitstaff serve platters of sushi, grilled and brushed eel, toro hand rolls and specialty house rolls like the Colorado, with raw filet mignon. Trout, a common sushi in the mountains of Japan, is worth trying here.

Ramen is served on weekends.
