Modern French in Cambridge

Before David Edwards was a restaurateur, he was an MIT professor and an inventor, dreaming up novelties such as Wikipearl (edible food wrapper) and oPhone (an aroma gadget). Now he's channeling his energies into the 'artscience' of food. It's not as gimmicky as it sounds, though there is some futurism here (cocktails involving vaporized alcohol and variously flavored ice cubes, for instance).

Mostly, though, it's just innovative food that looks like it was plated with surgical instruments.
