Palomarin Field Station

Marin County

Formerly Point Reyes Bird Observatory, Point Blue's Palomarin Field Station has bird-banding and netting demonstrations, an unstaffed visitor center and a nature trail. Banding demonstrations are held Tuesday to Sunday mornings from May through late November, and on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday the rest of the year. Show up between 8am and 11am for the best bird-watching.
