A micro-distiller set in the barrel house of the now-defunct Pepper Distillery. It bottles bourbon, two moonshines (one aged in bourbon barrels), vodka and oak rum. Tours with tastings run every hour on the hour; the last one departs at 4pm. The adjoining Elkhorn Tavern – a must-visit, complete with cozy fireplace – serves signature cocktails with the house spirits.
