This casual and fun Indian transplant from Asheville comes with James Beard Award–nominated chef Meherwan Irani, who offers a vibrant menu of homeland street snacks (chaat), creative sandwiches, uttapam (rice and lentil crepes) and thalis (platter of various dishes). It's toned down for an American palate, but Bombay staples like bhel puri and vada pav take us to India's west coast!
