I have a friend who is an Argentine citizen living in Belgium. Can anyone tell me what the current visa requirements are for him to come to the US for a 2 week vacation? I've had trouble finding this information online and through the various embassy and government websites.
Since I have an annual pass for the national parks and want to do at least one more park to use the face value, I would like to take advantage of the opening in my schedule and leave LA County for either Sequoia/King's Canyon or Yosemite. I'm coming to San Francisco for a conference for four days , then i extended my stay in the city for four days from 16-20 June.

We are a family of 6. Mum, Dad, 3boys aged 16, 13 and 10 and one girl aged 5. We are planning a trip to the USA next year. We were thinking of going in June/July as I wanted to be there for Independence Day, but have heard this is the busy period so we are happy to go whenever as long as the weather is fine.
