In this class, you will learn how to harness the tantalizing flavors, and techniques of thai cuisine, and take your cooking skills to the next level!Every great home cook should have a delicious curry recipe in their repertoire, and this class is the perfect place to start! This class features a flavorful, and aromatic green curry recipe with shrimp that your entire family will love.You’ll also learn how to make the most fantastic fluffy rice to accompany it! No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). You will work with other students in groups of 2-4. Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.Chef Eliott's love affair with food began at a young age. Many of his greatest childhood memories all have three things in common; "Family, friends, and great food". He has spent the past 8 years honing his craft, studying at one of the top culinary schools in the nation, and cooking in several great restaurants including the world famous three Michelin starred flagship restaurant "Jean-Georges" in NYC, and he has since started his own namesake catering company. When he is not cooking, he is either fishing, hiking, or playing basketball.
