Here, a canoe awaits for a river expedition with an experienced English- and Spanish-speaking guide leading the way.Begin this floating safari through tropical rain forests and fields. Along the way, see hundreds of birds and animals native to the area, like the spoonbill, cormorant, jabiru, caiman, and basilisk — also known as the Jesus Christ lizard. Also, see several types of monkeys and three-toed sloths.Upon arrival at Los Chiles shore, enjoy a typical Costa Rican lunch, with regional fruit, natural juices, and coffee.
