The former fine-dining restaurant launched by Gordon Ramsay protégés Nick Alvis and Scott Price (now at the helm of Folly and The Lion) has been rebooted as a more casual eatery by Turkish chef Enver Can Gümüs. Dishes hop around the Med and beyond, ranging from a tapas selection and slow-cooked octopus to innovative vegetarian options such as celeriac steak.

Three-hour cookery classes are also available from Sunday to Thursday at 4pm and 6.30pm, and on ­Friday at 4pm. Participants choose in advance what they would like to learn to prepare from the menu (starter, main and dessert). Feedback has been enthusiastic.
