The former fine-dining restaurant launched by Gordon Ramsay protégés Nick Alvis and Scott Price (now at the helm of Folly and The Lion) has been rebooted as a more casual eatery by Turkish chef Enver Can Gümüs. Dishes hop around the Med and beyond, ranging from a tapas selection and slow-cooked octopus to innovative vegetarian options such as celeriac steak.
Three-hour cookery classes are also available from Sunday to Thursday at 4pm and 6.30pm, and on Friday at 4pm. Participants choose in advance what they would like to learn to prepare from the menu (starter, main and dessert). Feedback has been enthusiastic.
